| Description |
Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) causes inflammatory attacks on the optic nerves (ON), spinal cord, and brain. The N-Momentum trial of inebilizumab for NMOSD prospectively collected MRI data. Previously-reported subclinical MRI findings are of unknown significance.1,2 Here, we evaluate the frequency, prognosis, and response to inebilizumab of asymptomatic (subclinical) ON MRI lesions. |
