Description Preliminary data from our lab has demonstrated that laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) could detect immediate flicker-induced blood flow changes (i.e., functional hyperemia) at the optic nerve head (ONH). In the current study, we describe the evolution of ONH and peripapillary vasculature hyperemic response, as measured by LSFG, across multiple time points using different stimulus protocols.
