Sildenafil has been shown to be effective for impotence and is well tolerated. Headache and flushing are common side effects. To date no reports of Sildenafil associated nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) have been published, although our first case is in press. We report three patients who developed NAION abruptly after ingesting Sildenafil. |
