Description Horner syndrome results from a disruption of the sympathetic chain anywhere along the three neuron pathway from the hypothalamus to orbit. Common congenital causes include birth trauma, neoplasm and vascular mlformations. We present a case of ectopic thymic tissue as a rare cause of congenital Horner syndrome.
