Description Reliability of vertical strabismus measurements play an essential role in successfully relieving patient diplopia using both surgical and non-surgical techniques. The purpose of this study was to assess inter-examiner variability using the objective alternate prism cover test (APCT) and the subjective single Maddox rod (SMR) at near and distance fixation.
