Description
Nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) the most common acute optic neuropathy in those older than 50 (1-3), and there is currently no diagnostic test or effective treatment. In this study, we identified novel plasma biomarkers for NAION using human and photochemical thrombosis animal model of NAION.
