Additional Information The Upper Mill Creek hydroelectric plant was built in 1907, five miles up from the mouth of Mill Creek Canyon, in vicinity of today's Camp Tracy. Built by Knight Consolidated Power Company, which became part of Utah Power & Light in 1912. From a book of photos with title: Electric plants and systems near Salt Lake City-not including Telluride Power Co., which was compiled by J. E. Moore in May 1912 for L. L. Nunn (head of Telluride Power)
