Description |
As the dairy industry grew in the Uinta Basin, new equipment was installed at various dairy farms. New milk tanks were installed at the Victor Bingham farm so that the milk could go directly from the milking machines into these tanks. The tanks were kept clean, bright and shiny. It was in 1951 that the Uintah Central Creamery merged with Hi-Land Dairy making many more dairy products available throughout the state. At the Victor Bingham dairy in Maeser, Utah are Joey Peterson, Hi-Land Dairy Official; Tommy Bingham with his dog, Victor Bingham, Arvene Cooper, Harvey McKee, Lester Bingham, Rulon Anderson and E.A. Call, the salesman of the new tanks. Farm on 500 North and approximately 3400 West. |
