Prescribing for the body politic: suggestions for legislative-administrative adjustments in the government of Utah

Based on the thesis that "to control government, we must know government and understand the processes of political change," Durham discusses the history of the political science department at the University of Utah and its relation to Utah's political history, and proposes various reforms to state government.
