Description Endoscopic endonasal surgery (EES) has emerged as a minimally invasive approach to craniopharyngioma resection that exhibits better extent of resection with less risk of surgical complications compared to open resection (OR). Small cohort studies have reported subjective vision improvement following EES. This study aimed to quantify whether visual outcomes differ between OR and EES in a pediatric craniopharyngioma population.
