A 61 year old male presented with a three month history progressive right temporal pain and new onset right eyelid ptosis. Upon a prior ultrasound examination he was found to have a superficial temporal artery occlusion and high ESR. He was originally evaluated by the Neuro-ophthalmology service for an atypical presentation of giant cell arteritis. |
