Description Erdheim Chester Disease (ECD) is a rare non-Langerhans histiocytic multisystem disorder characterized by excessive production and accumulation of histiocytes within multiple tissues and organs, predominantly in adult males between the age of 50-70 years. There are less than 20 known pediatric cases of ECD to date. We report an unusual presentation of a 19-year-old female with biopsy proven BRAF-negative ECD who underwent treatment with novel targeted therapy.
