Description Although far less common than lung and GI cancer, prostate cancer is a common affliction of men. After breast and lung cancer, it is the most common cause of metastatic tumor involving the cranium. Not surprisingly, prostate cancer patients not infrequently complain of visual pathway involvement and are seen through the neuroophthalmology service.
