Description Patients with carotid cavernous aneurysms (CCA) commonly present with neuro-ophthalmic manifestations. Since life-threatening complications from CCA are rare, considerations for management depend on the extent of these manifestations. The purpose of this study is to describe the incidence of presenting signs and symptoms in patients with CCA, their natural history, considerations for treatment and the consequent clinical course.
