Description Blepharoplasty with fat repositioning is a technique used to fill the tear trough in the aging lower eyelid. We present a patient who underwent transcutaneous lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and subsequently developed mechanical oscillopsia exacerbated by movement of the face.
