Show UPFRONT Cases Section Editor: Larry Frohman, MD An Older Patient With Difficulty Reading Victoria S. Pelak, MD A 54-year-old man presented to neuro-ophthalmology with difficulty reading, and his examination reveals normal visual acuity, slitlamp examination results, and fundi. His visual impairment led to early retirement from work as a data analyst. An MRI of the brain is reported as normal.
