Show A photograph of the Dane Hansen Stadium plaque. The plaque's inscription reads, "DANE HANSEN STADIUM: Provided by his family In honor of LIEUTENANT DANE HANSEN - U.S.A.A.C.; 1921-1943." Below the inscription is the United States Air Force insignia. The plaque is encased in a rough surfaced brick veneration that honors the memory of Lieutenant Dane Hansen, an Airforce veteran killed in World War II. A stain can be seen that runs from below the date "1943," to the bottom of the plaque. |

The general condition of this photograph is excellent. As there are no stains, blemishes or wear. The only handwritten mark is on the back which reads, "A-2." The Dane Hansen Stadium was a gift of George Hansen and family in memory of their son and brother Lieutenant Dane Hansen, who lost his life in World War II. Lieutenant Hansen was an alumnus of Westminster College from the class of 1940. Information regarding Lieutenant Dane and the stadium dedicated to his memory can be found in R.
