A 33 year old G-2, P-2 woman at 37 weeks gestation developed severe pre-eclampsia (blood pressure 220/120, 4+ proteinuria, elevated liver function tests, peripheral edema). She complained of episodic visual blurring. She was delivered by cesarean section because of fetal distress. |
