Description |
Statehood Day; The troops from Fort Douglas marched north on Main Street, turning west at South Temple, and disbanding in the Temple Square via the south gates. Here the troops have reached South Temple and are turning west. One and a half years later the Brigham Young monument was placed in the intersection. |
