Description Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disease that infrequently affects the central nervous system. Neurosarcoidosis can mimic more prevalent diseases and is often overlooked in the absence of other systemic manifestations. The authors describe a case of NS where isolated optic neuropathy is the presenting symptom.
