Description Monitoring pituitary adenomas is necessary to recognize early chiasm compression and to prevent permanent vision loss. Here we present preliminary data and analysis in this ongoing study to correlate tumor characteristics with risk of visual compromise. Our goal is to determine optimal follow-up time and monitoring guidelines for patients with pituitary adenomas.
