Description Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is associated with several magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings including optic disc protrusion, globe flattening, vertical optic nerve tortuosity, nerve sheath expansion, empty sella, slit ventricles, transverse venous sinus stenosis (TVSS), and tonsillar prolapse. We assessed correlations of MRI findings and clinical features in patients from one urban hospital system.
