Description Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) in the pediatric population is defined as elevated opening pressure (>28 cm H20) on lumbar puncture (LP). A recent study has found the incidence of IIH without papilledema (IIHWOP) to be approximately 48% in the pediatric population, which is significantly higher than in adults (incidence of 5%). The aim of this study is to verify the incidence of IIHWOP in the pediatric population.
