Description Herein, we present a case of anoxic brain injury characterized by cortical blindness despite a normal Brain MRI. SPECT imaging used to evaluate regional cerebral profusion, showed moderately diminished activity in bi occipital lobes. There was additionally mild diminished activity in the posterior frontal and parietal lobes.
