Description Nonketotic hyperglycemia (NKH) is a clinical syndrome comprising hyperglycemia, serum hyperosmolarity, and intracellular dehydration with little or no ketoacidosis. NKH has been associated with various neurological manifestations. We report a case of occipital lobe seizure and subcortical T2 hypointensity associated with NKH.
