Tumors located within the orbit eventually become obvious because of their effect on the eye and the ocular adnexa. In the early stages of tumor growth, however, the symptoms and signs may be subtle. Gaze-evoked amaurosis. Proptosis (exophthalmos). Enophthalmos. Optic disc swelling. Optociliary shunt vessels. Choroidal folds. Limitation of ocular movement. Syndrome of the floor of the orbit. Other signs of orbital disease. |
