Pathology Ophthalmoplegia: Facial Nerve Paresis; Ataxia; Neurogenic bladder
Disease/Diagnosis Retinal venous sheathing associated with multiple sclerosis
Clinical Case 1: VA: Best-corrected, 20/100 OD, 20/50 OS Case 2: Normal visual acuity, pupils, optic nerves and ocular motility
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Lower extemity weakness; Intellectual impairment
Treatment Peri-venous cuffing with chronic inflammatory cells.
