Description Amoung systemic deseases, leprosy has the highest incidence of ocular complication. Involvement of the trigeminal nerve is particularly common. Transient or permanent changes occur in the corneal nerves which might be the initial ocular manifestation. We describe a patient in whom leprosy developed without any appeared ocular complications.
