Description |
Looking down on the Virgin River where it passes by St. George, Utah. The broad level flood plain basin of the Rio Virgin is clearly seen in the foreground. It is a raging mud and sand torrent in flood season and barely a trickle in late summer. From the A.L. Inglesby Collection. View of river as it passes the valley. |
