Description A 4-year-old boy was evaluated for deteriorating vision. Intracranial pressure monitoring for two days was unremarkable. No further investigations were undertaken and he lost all vision. When he was 21 years old, he was referred to a neurologist with a three-year history of dysphagia and increasing exertional stridor. Laryngoscopy showed bilateral paresis of vocal cords.
