Typed transcript by George S. Tanner of extracts from the diaries of Frihoff Nielson, covering the years 1876 to 1889. Nielson was one of the settlers at Sunset, Arizona. The notes from these thirty diaries have been made by George S. Tanner from the originals and are very brief with the subject of most entries listed in the margin. The original diaries are at Brigham Young University. Also included is a map of the Sunset camp and an article on the Nielson diaries, written by George S. Tanner and published in the Friends of BYU libraries newsletter in November of 1969. |
