Wireless update by Terry Simons Snags with backend on hotspot stuff - rearchitecting it now. If a department must have it, OIT can provide it (can't span VLANs yet). Should have it put together pretty soon. Hotspot is available in the Union and ACS; INSCC has requested it but needs VLAN spanning. Users with issues should call the Campus Help Desk. Hotspot will be in the trial phase for a while; will work out issues from a technical and security standpoint.
