Show A group photograph of the Westminster College Football Squad in 1919. The players are in three rows. Players in the back row are standing. Players in the middle row are sitting on chairs or a bench, and the players in the front row are sitting on the ground. The players are dressed in dark sweats, knicker pants, and knee-high socks. One player has a large "W" on his sweater and the coach, Rolfe M. Rankin, is dressed in a business suite with a light colored shirt (probably white) and tie. Fifteen players and the coach are in the photograph. The fourth player in the middle row, Clayton Kirkham, is holding a football on his lap that has " '19" and a large "W" written on it. |
