Pathology CSF pleocytosis; Subcortical, periventricular, basal ganglia and brainstem lesions
Disease/Diagnosis Fabry disease
Clinical Left hemiparesis and hemisensory deficits; Right hemitaxia
Presenting Symptom Diplopia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Anticonvulsants
