Description Visual field abnormalities occur after temporal lobe resections for epilepsy. There are no published reports using automated static visual field analysis with Humphrey Field Analyzer. We prospectively evaluated and quantified visual field changes in 32 consecutive patients undergoing temporal lobe resections for intractable epilepsy.
