Description Spinocerebellar ataxia type 7 (SCA7) is an autosomal dominant neurodegenerative disease manifesting with ataxia and maculopathy. Extraocular movement abnormalities have been only broadly characterized and few cases have reported ERG findings. We identified four cases of SCA7 and characterize their eye motility and ERG findings.
