Looking at the right front side of the safety shield. The front hopper is used for bottom filtering materials and the rear hopper for the top filter cover. The shield is moved along the trench by the two cables in front pulled by the backhoe. Note: The narrow shoe along the base of the shield. This is too narrow to support this heavy (4 ton) shield in soft materials. |
