Hong Kong. Elders Hosea Stout, James Lewis, and Chapman Duncan arrived at Hong Kong on April 27, 1853 as the first Latter-Day Saint Missionaries to China. No New Missionaries have been sent to China since that time. In January, 1921, Apostle David O. McKay and Hugh J Cannon visited China.
