Description Various neuro-ophthalmologic complications occurring perioperatively after cardiac surgical procedures include occipital lobe infarcts, skew deviation and acquired supranuclear ocular motor paresis. This study was undertaken to evaluate the incidence of a previously under-reported neuro-ophthalmologic complication of cardiac surgical procedures - internuclear ophthalmoplegia.
