| Description |
The Old Clock Corner. Southwest corner of Main Street and First South. Tradition has it that the old clock was brought to the Salt Lake Valley by ox team and wagon. The individual responsible for its purchase or the exact date it arrived are not known. Possibly in the 1870s. An early 1868 photograph shows the corner without the clock while photos of the 1880s show the clock. |
