Disease/Diagnosis Metastatic breast carcinoma to infundibulum and pituitary
Clinical VA: 20/40 OD, HM OS declining to NLP OU; RAPD OS
Presenting Symptom Pain OS; Headache
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment IV steroids
