Pathology Demyelination with axonal sparing, abnormal oligodendrocytes with eosinophilic intranuclear inclusions.
Disease/Diagnosis Cerebral blindness secondary to progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
Clinical VA: 20/25 OU declining to counting fingers at 4' OU
Presenting Symptom Decreased vision OU
