Description |
Address: 56 East 200 South, Richfield, UT. The Presbyterian mission to central Utah began in the late 1870s, and this chapel was erected on Main Street in 1880, along with an early public school. In 1937/38, the chapel was dismantled and rebuilt at its present address. It is run as a community church for all denominations, reflecting a decision by the Protestant churches of Utah not to compete with each other in rural areas where their numbers were few. |
