| Final Score | Vanessa Mortonsen and Mandie Rowell claimed first-place finishes in their respective events on the campus of Brigham Young. Mortonsen was first with a 193-6 effort in the hammer throw while Rowell outdistanced everyone in the triple jump. She recorded a 37-5 leap in the event. AJ Roby had two strong efforts. She finished second in the discus with a toss of 144-7 and followed that up with a fourth-place effort in the hammer throw (161-3). Sarah McFee also had a fourth-place mark. She trailed teammate Rowell in the triple jump with a 35-1/2 leap. In the pole vault, Trisha Wagner nearly topped the 12-foot plateau. She turned in a vault of 11-11 ¾, good enough to take seventh in the event. Teammates Susan Atwater and Liddy Steele finished tied for 10th in the pole vault. They both recorded 11-5 ¾ efforts. Candice Mannion turned in a pair of personal records at the Robison Invite. She finished sixth in both the 200m and 400m events. But, she turned a personal best 24.84 and 57.42 in the respective events. |
