UTAH CANNING COMPANY. In 1910, I. N. Pierce, president and manager of Utah Canning Co., boasted that "unadulterated satisfaction was sealed up under the label of Pierce's Pure Food Products." The Company had offices at 2382 Washington Avenue and a factory, seen here, at 29th and Pacific Avenue. Pierce succeeded Thomas D. Dee as president of the Ogden processing company.
