See p.1 for information. Oma Wilcox -- Donor. Cast Iron and Wrought Iron Medallions from the façade of the Brigham Young Trust Building in Salt Lake City. Trust Co. formed 1877-78 following the death of Brigham Young. Building later became Yellowstone Hotel. Found when Hotel facade was removed. Oma Wilcox of Layton, Utah purchased for $500 and donated the Medallions to the Layton Heritage Museum where they are now on display. |
