Piah and his son Capitanito Native Americans (Ute), pose for a portrait on a porch near a tepee, possibly at the old Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Piah wears beaded moccasins, fringed leggings, striped shirt, blanket draped across lap, hair pipe breast plate and choker, hoop earrings, and braided hair. Capitanito wears beaded moccasins and pants, long shirt, hair pipe breast plate and choker, necklace decorated possibly with teeth, and braided hair. |
