Black and white photograph of an unidentified building from leaf 18 of the Clifford P. Evans scrapbook. Building is likely the Centerville Second Ward meetinghouse, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1248 North Main Street, Centerville, UT. An old Prairie-style meetinghouse, it was built in 1919. After the LDS Church vacated it in 1964, the building was sold. In 1983 it opened as Centerville Academy of Performing Arts, with a one-of-a-kind preschool and a dance school. |
