Bastille was the standard for Linux for years, but nothing similar for Windows; now, CIS has tools for a ton of different operating systems. They have XML templates based on OS, security level desired. Generates a report with a score that is fairly granular. It does the examination but doesn't change anything. Puts the report on your hard drive. It's a little rough, but it's very cool and will get even better in future releases.
