Utopia by Jeff Fishburn   Jeff, CTO of Utopia implementation consultants, DynamicCity Metronet Advisors Group, discussed the mission and goals of the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency. Eighteen Utah cities along the Wasatch Front, motivated by a desire to secure economic development and to improve the quality of life for their residents, banded together to create an interlocal entity with a mission to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain an all fiber, open, public, wholesale telecommunications infrastructure.
